Herbs contain natural nutrients just like wholesome food. However, herbs restore the body’s balance more quickly. Because herbs come in their natural state, they are very safe and generally have no side effects, in contrast to Western Medicine drugs, which derive from nature but come in an unnatural form and often create several side effects. Herbs are available in pill form, which makes them easy and convenient to take. Herbs rebuild the body, so herbs take longer to affect the body than Western drugs.

For instance, with chronic problems, it may take up to 3 weeks to begin noticing their effects. For acute problems, a day or two may be all that is necessary for the herbs to take effect.
